unBoxed 2024: Advertising on Prime Video shows and movies to be introduced in Brazil, India, Japan, the Netherlands, and New Zealand in 2025

At unBoxed 2024, Amazon Ads shared with customers it will introduce limited advertisements on Prime Video in Brazil, India, Japan, the Netherlands, and New Zealand in 2025. The regional expansion of Prime Video ads will support the ongoing creation of compelling content over a long period of time and help brands of all sizes connect with new audiences in new countries.

Over the past several years, Amazon has focused on building Prime Video into a premium entertainment destination that connects customers with the programming they love. Prime Video offers an expansive slate of original series and films from Amazon MGM Studios, including Reacher, The Lord of Rings: The Rings of Power, The Summer I Turned Pretty, Road House, and The Idea of You, as well as licensed movies and series, content from other services made accessible as an add-on subscription, blockbuster movies and series to rent or buy, and FAST live linear channels.
