Launch announcement
Enhance Amazon DSP campaign pacing with pre-flight max average CPM and frequency cap recommendations
27 May 2024
What’s launched?
Our latest release introduces pre-flight recommendations for maximum average CPM and line-item frequency caps to help advertisers set up their ad campaigns for success. As you build your Amazon DSP ad campaigns, you will receive machine learning recommendations based on your campaign’s parameters to help you optimise your ad delivery for better outcomes.

Customers who choose to manually limit Max Average CPM will see a recommendation to help them optimise pacing.

Our recommendations are based on your goal, locale and ad line settings.
Why is it important?
Amazon DSP’s pre-flight recommendations help streamline your experience as you set up your ad campaigns by providing intelligent suggestions based on your campaign goal and characteristics. By leveraging machine learning, advertisers can now make data-driven decisions with ease, saving time and resources while maximising the effectiveness of their advertising efforts.
