Delivery troubleshooting launches with expanded functionality for self service deal customers

What’s launched?

We’ve expanded existing delivery troubleshooter functionality for self service deal customers to include video missed bid reasons and delivery troubleshooting funnel. The video bid loss reasons include: video completion mismatch, video initiation mismatch, video size mismatch, video genre excluded and video rating excluded. This information can help to identify issues pertaining to video under-delivery. Secondly, the delivery troubleshooting funnel will help a trader to identify and visualise at what stage of the impression lifecycle a bid may be getting dropped.

Why is it important?

Previously, these troubleshooting features were not available, but we’ve improved the experience by adding the missed bid reasons codes to the campaign management data table, as well as a missed deal opportunities insight card and funnel. Traders are better enabled to understand and resolve bid reasons resulting in under delivery. This will save customers time and improve operational efficiencies.
