25 October 2023
Audience Research (beta) is now available in CA, DE and UK to help optimise marketing strategies
Announced at unBoxed 2023
What’s launched?
We’ve expanded Audience Research (beta) to CA, DE and the UK for managed-service advertisers, in addition to the US where it is already available as an advertiser-paid solution for self-service and managed-service advertisers today.
Audience Research helps advertisers quickly source feedback from relevant personas to optimise their messaging before campaigns launch or to guide general marketing strategy. Audience Research is powered by the Amazon Shopper Panel, an invitation-only programme where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon.com, completing short surveys and enabling ad verification for the ads they see from Amazon’s own advertising or third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads. Contact your account team for more information on how to participate in this opportunity.

Why is it important?
Audience Research (beta) is an easy way for advertisers to source reliable, survey-based feedback directly from their most relevant audiences. Audience Research surveys help advertisers understand the perceptions, preferences, and shopping behaviours, on and off-Amazon, of the same audiences they reach with their Amazon Ads campaigns.
