Create new deals instantly with Amazon Media on Amazon DSP

What launched?
Amazon DSP has launched the ability to create new preferred deals with Amazon Media directly in inventory hub for self-service customers worldwide. With this feature, customers can create new deals with Amazon Twitch, Amazon Freevee and Amazon Prime Video based on their applicable rate cards. Customers can configure supply-side audience segmentation and submit their deal proposals for approval, and activate new deals instantly on existing line items. This feature is launching to all Amazon DSP self-service customers.

When creating a new deal in inventory hub, customers can now choose to negotiate a new deal.

To create a new deal, customers create a proposal that can contain several requests.

Customers can discover the products offered by Amazon Media publishers, understand their specificities and get the applicable rates.

Once they’ve selected the products they’re interested in, they can configure the dates and supply-side targeting for each and submit them for approval.

Once deals have been approved, customers can view the approved deals and instantly activate onto their line items.
Why is it important?
With this release, Amazon DSP customers gain the ability to propose new deals without the need to work with their Amazon Ads representatives. They can discover available deals sold by Amazon Media, understand the applicable rates, choose the deals they are interested in, and precisely configure the supply-side audience segmentation they’d like. The deals supported at launch are approved programmatically, resulting in customers being able to activate newly created deals within minutes.
